Our picture frames are all top quality Australian made-to-order, from sustainably sourced genuine timber mouldings (in Natural Raw Oak, White Smooth Wood or Black Smooth Wood colour option) that have a 20mm wide profile, and are 40mm in depth for the Black and White wood.

Your print is professionally printed and fitted into your custom made frame and will last for many years to come.

Our frames all have 2mm clear float glass to preserve the print.

Your framed print comes Pre strung and ready-to-hang upon delivery.

Your art should never touch the glass, that's why all of our framed prints come complete and fitted with a white mat board.

Mounting an image help to visually frame the image and leading the eye towards it.

Moisture build up from humidity can sit on the glass, which means that if your art sits against the glass it can not only cause the piece to stick to the glass, the moisture can ruin your pie e of art.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

Unframed Art Prints on paper are $9.95 flat rate shipping per order (Flat rate for multiple prints in your order) to all addresses within Australia, (shipped rolled up in a protective mailer tube).

Framed Art Prints are dependent on your postcode location, we have flat rate pricing based on zone and area in Australia. We subsidies most of the ship fee for these bulky items.

Shipping prices will be calculated in the checkout.

As all items are custom made to order, once an order is placed, it is not possible to be refunded for change of mind.

We will replace or return your item, however, if goods are delivered faulty, or not as clearly described on the website, or are different from a sample shown to you according to the Australian Consumer & Competition Act requirements.

On the occasion you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods to enquiries@theprintemporium.com.au with a description and photos of the damage or issue, and for any damage in transit claims please email us photos of the packaging too (carton or tube) so we can discuss with you. We also need this if we are in turn to make any claim with our courier partners.

All returns (due to damage or incorrect item that arrived to you) that we have authorised as a return, we will send you a prepaid returns label to send the item back to us, which must be received in original condition and packaging.

Please note, if your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost. This also is the case for any goods returned to us without pre-authorisation and return approval.
